New CRC/Transregio

Institute for Neuroimmunology and Multiple Sclerosis Research participates in a new Collaborative Research Center/Transregio 274

The German Research Council will fund the CRC TRR 274 “Checkpoints of Central Nervous System Recovery” starting 1^st January 2020 for four years. This CRC is a research consortium between the Technical University Munich (speaker institution), the UMG and the Maximilians University Munich. The Institute for Neuroimmunology and Multiple Sclerosis will participate with two projects, namely A3 “Checkpoints determining recovery from acute grey matter lesions” (A. Flügel) and A4 “The role of the mengines in the resolution of acute autoimmune CNS lesions” (F. Odoardi).
